Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Some made to order items may require additional processing time, please allow 1 week for handcrafting in this scenario.  Processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50, orders with free shipping will be mailed USPS first class (under 1 pound) or USPS priority mail (over 1 pound).


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For U.S. orders, If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mendotapet.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Within 60 days of purchase if you are not fully satisfied with any of our products you purchased on our website, we will refund your product purchase price no questions asked (within United States and Canada only) Please see our return policy page for additional information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@mendotapet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Hello 👋 my Pomeranian has alopecia, non dark skin, but many small dark spots, which can be removable with scrubbing. I already have you lotion, which works really good and many black spots have gone. I want to try more of your products, what you will recommend for our situation? Thank you

Hello, Diatomaceous Earth is used if pup has flees. It does not help for alopecia. For alopecia, The Skin Rescue Lotion applied once a day is best.
Also use the Dermagic Shampoo and Condtioner. The Salt Scrub is a great to help slough off dead, dry flaky skin during your pups bath.

When sprinkled on chairs, is the product safe for humans to sit on as it recommends to wait 72 hours to vacuum. Thank you

Our Diatomaceous Earth is 100% human food grade. There should be no worry about coming in contact with it. The 72 hours is meant for the period of time it can take for it to become effective on any type of exoskeleton.
